RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I. PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY

Customers are allowed to:

If the product shows signs of damage, expiration, or discrepancies from the website description, customers have the right to refuse receipt.

If the box/package shows signs of being opened, tampered with, or the seal is broken, customers may:

  • Refuse to accept the product.

  • Or ask the delivery person to open the package for inspection.

If everything is in order, customers can accept the product. However, if there are concerns about tampering or damage, it is advised to refuse delivery to avoid quality risks.

All inspection results will be documented using the logistics company’s confirmation tools or shipping receipt.

II. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We offer returns/exchanges in the following cases:

2. Damaged During Delivery

III. RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for return/exchange, products must:

  • Be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and promotional gifts (if any).

  • Have no signs of misuse or improper storage.

  • Be reported within 24 hours of receipt for issues such as:

    • Wrong or missing items

    • Delivery-related damage

IV. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Requests made after the return deadline.

  • Improper use or failure to follow usage instructions.

  • A nearby post office (if your location is outside the courier’s pickup range).

⚠️ Note: Please ensure proper packaging. We are not responsible for returns damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Step 5: Processing & Response
