I. DELIVERY METHODS

• We provide direct delivery to customers by our staff.

• Alternatively, we partner with third-party courier services to deliver products to customers.

II. DELIVERY DETAILS

1. Delivery by Unifarm Staff

• Within a 5 km radius, our staff will deliver directly to the customer.

• Delivery time: Within 3 days from order confirmation, during business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily).

• Shipping fee: As agreed upon between both parties.

2. Delivery by Third-Party Courier

• Nationwide shipping available.

• Method: We choose reputable third-party express delivery services to deliver goods.

• Delivery time: Based on the courier’s standard delivery schedule to the customer’s address.

• Shipping fee: According to the courier’s pricing. Customers will pay the fee or follow any agreement made between both parties.

III. GENERAL POLICIES

• Customers should inspect the product before accepting delivery. Once the receipt is signed confirming full delivery, we are not liable for any missing items or losses afterward.

• Payment methods: According to the mutually agreed payment method between parties.

• Warranty policy: Follows the product warranty terms in the contract (if any).

• Goods will be accompanied by warranty cards (if applicable), product information, and relevant documents (if any).

• VAT invoice: Issued by U&I Agriculture Corporation (UNIFARM) and sent to the customer’s email.

• In case of delivery delays, we will notify the customer via email or phone. If the customer requests a refund, we will proceed accordingly.
